On February 16, 2022 another Biomed student, Ella came and spoke to our class about a clinical case involving a 17 year old boy who had a sprained ankle. She then told us how RICE rest, ice, compression, and elevation can help a sprained ankle! Ella then demonstrated how to use kinesthetic tape to compress another student, Andrews ankle!
